Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rodriguez Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after being transferred to a shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and original nature of our artwork, all sales are generally final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@rodriguez.art with photos documenting the condition.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

If digital downloads are offered, they are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Rodriguez Art. All digital sales are final.
