At Rodriguez Art, every piece is created with great care and intention. We are always happy to answer your questions and will do everything in our power to make sure you feel confident and excited about your order before you place it. Because each work ships directly to you as a final sale, we are unable to accept returns once your order is on its way.
Damages & Issues
Every order is professionally packaged and fully insured, because your art deserves to arrive exactly as it left the studio. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rodriguez.art with the following:
Your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item, including the packaging if it was damaged in transit.
We will respond within 3 business days to discuss next steps. Because all orders are fully insured, we are committed to working with you to reach a resolution, whether that is a replacement, exchange, or another mutually agreed remedy.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on prints on paper exclusively in person at our gallery. To arrange an exchange, please contact us in advance at hello@rodriguez.art so we can confirm availability and set aside time for you. We invite you to come visit us — we would love to see you there.
